Salt Penetration Suppression Type Non-Shrinking Grouting Mortar, PRE U-LOX AS
PRE U-LOX AS is a grouting mortar product based on general-purpose non-shrinking grouting mortar and improved salt penetration suppression by refinement of the formulation, which contains an aluminosilicate base admixture and ground granulated blast-furnace slag. It is appropriate for application to ordinary non-shrinking grouting mortar in environments that require countermeasures against salt pollution by seaside salinity or anti-freezing agents applied to infrastructure. The physical properties of PRE U-LOX AS satisfy the technical standard of non-shrinking grouting mortar in the guideline of structural construction management of the East, Central and West Nippon Expressway Company Limited.
PRE U-LOX AS was jointly developed with Taiheiyo Materials Corporation and is sold by Taiheiyo Materials Corporation.

Features
- Salt penetration is suppressed more compared with ordinary non-shrinking grouting mortar due to the refinement of the formulation by effect of the aluminosilicate base admixture.
- A non-shrinking capability was demonstrated in a constrained environment by the effect of a lime-based expanding agent, which is non-bleeding and mixed in the appropriate quantity.
- PRE U-LOX AS has the same level of flowability and strength development as ordinary non-shrinking grouting mortar under every temperature environment.
- Because PRE U-LOX AS is a premixed product, high quality is obtained because the only on-site preparation is mixing it with the proper quantity of water.
